🐾 Are you a mobile veterinary clinic?

Yes! Pawsitivity Veterinary Wellness Clinic is a mobile practice, meaning we come to you. Mobile visits help reduce stress for pets and provide convenient care for our clients.

🏥 Do you offer hospitalization?

While we are primarily a mobile clinic, hospitalization may be available when needed, depending on your pet’s condition and at the doctor’s discretion. If hospitalization is not appropriate, we will discuss referral options and next steps with you.

💉 What services do you offer?

We provide a wide range of wellness and preventive services, including:

  • Vaccinations for dogs and cats

  • Nail trims and microchipping

  • Annual lab work for early disease detection

  • Minor sick visits

  • Wound management

  • Heartworm, flea, and tick prevention

🐶 What vaccines does my dog need?

Recommended canine vaccines may include:

  • DAPP

  • Rabies

  • Leptospirosis

  • Bordetella

  • Influenza

Your veterinarian will help determine what’s best for your dog based on age, lifestyle, and risk factors.

🐱 What vaccines does my cat need?

Recommended feline vaccines may include:

  • FVRCP

  • Rabies

  • FeLV (recommended on a case-by-case basis)

🛡️ Do you offer long-lasting parasite prevention?

Yes! We offer long-acting injectable options for dogs, including:

  • ProHeart® 6 (6 months of heartworm prevention)

  • ProHeart® 12 (12 months of heartworm prevention)

  • BRAVECTO® Quantum (up to 1 year of flea and tick protection*)

💳 Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer Cherry Financing, which allows you to split your pet’s care into easy monthly payments. Approval is often instant, and you can apply anytime before or during your visit.

💳 What if I’m not approved for Cherry Financing?

If you are not approved through Cherry, we may also offer VetBilling, which functions as an in-house payment plan.

👉 Please note: Clients must apply through Cherry first before VetBilling can be considered. This helps us determine the best payment option available for your situation.

✂️ Do you perform surgeries?

At this time, we do not offer surgical services, including spays, neuters, dental procedures, or mass removals. We are happy to provide referrals if surgical care is needed.

📅 How do I schedule an appointment?

🦎 Do you see exotic pets?

We may be able to see some exotic pets on a case-by-case basis. Availability depends on the species and whether the doctor is comfortable providing care for that particular exotic pet.

🐕 What if my pet needs emergency care?

If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, please contact the nearest emergency veterinary hospital immediately. If you’re unsure, call or text us and we’ll help guide you.
